SHIPPING POLICY

Lore Supps uses UPS shipping for all domestic purchases. This means that for the time being Lore will not be able to be delivered to PO boxes, we are trying to fix this issue and when we do this section will be deleted.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Here at Lore, we guarantees elite-level performance for all products sold. We believe that if you're not satisfied with the performance of our product, you can return it free of charge for a refund. This is a 30-day return policy that starts on the day that the product is shipped. 

If you want to cancel your order you may do so as long as the product hasn't been shipped. If it has already been shipped, the order can't be canceled, but can be returned with our 30-day return policy. 

DAMAGED OR STOLEN SHIPMENTS

Lore is not responsible for any products that are damaged, misplaced, or stolen by the carrier. Once the package is in transit, we no longer have control over the shipment. For this reason we are unable to take responsibility for the mishandling of shipments.
